Pay & Perks
  • $60,000–$70,000 base salary
  • Quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000/year
  • Deferred profit‑sharing up to $12,000/year

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead from the front – setting the tone, building the team, and driving results. This will look like:

  • Leading your store with positive energy, accountability, and a focus on people and performance
  • Hiring, training, and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift
  • Creating schedules that support both the business and your team’s needs
  • Keeping operations running smoothly
  • Building future leaders and maintaining a strong internal bench
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry
  • Hospitality mindset – You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experience
  • Hands‑on leadership style
  • Calm, flexible, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
