Service Supervisor

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer‑facing service team both on route and in‑house. The role involves supervising the team that provides customer service, sales, and the pick‑up and delivery of products. Responsibilities include hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the service team to ensure the highest level of service and product quality, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer sites, and assisting with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.

The supervisor will oversee key areas such as maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure, and ensuring driver compliance.

• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). provincial regulations for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, applicants must:

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment

• Experience in a sales‑related role
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Training or instructor experience

Base salary for this role ranges between $80,168 and $95,160 per year, with eligibility for an annual target bonus based on performance, location, division, and company factors.
