Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent Manager to join the AM&S Supply Chain Operations team in Everett, Washington
. The Procurement Agent Manager leads a team responsible for PMI & SBM Management (both consuming and providing partners), analyzing supply chain requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning across multiple warehouse sites (both internal and external) and synchronizing supply chain demands. The role supports consuming sites by addressing critical shortages and providing ongoing production support in collaboration with consuming site and partner operation teams.

• Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals.
• Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.
• Manage, develop, and motivate employees.
• Ensure the position is 100% onsite at the specified location.

The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment
:

• 5+ years of experience with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management, and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
• 3+ years of experience in domestic and international supply chain logistics.
• 3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills; able to influence senior leaders, present complex technical/organizational matters clearly, and lead high‑stakes discussions.
• At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
• Able to travel domestically and internationally 25%.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree.
• 3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services.
• 3+ years of experience with Materials Management, Global Field Operations, or related functions.
• Proven ability to execute on commitments.
• Experience utilizing strategic decision making to drive business results.

Summary pay range (Level K) $122,400 – $165,600.
