Responsibilities- Act as the Point of Contact for the Profit Center in the absence of the Profit Center Manager.
- Assess daily equipment purchasing needs through feedback from sales managers, CSRs, customers, vendors, and marketing.
- Assess and modify weekly sales plans and ensure they are executed appropriately.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all statutory DOT and safety requirements.
- Perform dispatching duties as needed.
- Inspect the Profit Center yard daily.
- Ensure OSRs and CSRs are aware of slow‑moving equipment.
- Ensure the Shop Foreman is aware of all equipment unavailable for rent.
- Ensure the Profit Center yard, facility, and staff are presentable.
- Complete various reports, including daily contract reports, AP on hold, accrual reports, and asset disposal reports.
- Ensure the team meets goals and complies with company standards through daily management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the PCM.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- 1-2 years of rental industry experience or a business management degree.
Base pay range: $74,509.00 - $. Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience.
