Business Integrator Manager – The Boeing Company
Location:
Everett, Washington – 100% onsite.
Business Integrator Manager reports to the Supply Chain Strategy Senior Manager and acts as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the Vice President of Supply Chain Stability. The role drives alignment, operational excellence, and execution discipline across Supply Chain Strategy, In Service Supply Chain, Work Movement, and Global Field Operations.
Responsibilities- Act as trusted advisor to the VP – provide strategic counsel and operational insights.
- Anticipate VP needs, prepare materials, presentations, and communications for executive meetings and engagements.
- Facilitate leadership team alignment – manage agendas, capture decisions, drive follow through.
- Support VP in prioritizing initiatives and managing competing demands to maximize impact.
- Design, implement, and maintain operating rhythms (leadership cadences, review cycles, planning) across the organization.
- Lead cross functional coordination and integration of Supply Chain Strategy, In Service Supply Chain, Work Movement, and Global Field Operations initiatives.
- Identify operational friction points, develop scalable solutions to improve workflow, communication, and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes, tools, and governance.
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning related to supply chain stability.
- Develop clear, concise, executive ready communications, reports, and dashboards.
- Serve as liaison between VP and internal external stakeholders – ensure alignment and timely information flow.
- Foster relationships across Boeing Commercial Airplanes, suppliers, and partners.
- Lead or support high impact, cross organizational projects and initiatives on behalf of the VP.
- Champion change management efforts to embed a culture of responsiveness, lean operations, and customer focus.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and provide regular updates to leadership.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of Boeing internal course Exploring Leadership.
- 3+ years managing complex projects and cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- 3+ years developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership.
- Ability to work outside standard business hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) as required.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with operating cadence design and business process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must satisfy Conflict of Interest assessment process.
- Must pass Boeing drug free workplace testing.

- Summary pay range (Level K) – 130050 to 175950 USD.
