BCA Supply Chain Business Operations is a fast paced, dynamic organization that requires a broader view of the entire BCA business as we support all commercial airplane programs. The role manages a team of Business Operations specialists who partner with Supply Chain procurement categories to drive rate readiness activities and execute production rate studies supporting all BCA airplane programs. The manager develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures, sets operational goals, and ensures work statement compliance.
PositionResponsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to facilitate accomplishment of work goals.
- Build rapport and trust among stakeholders, leveraging the organization’s dynamics to promote program goals.
- Understand how the business and organization operate, including policies, practices, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Leverage formal channels and informal networks, applying knowledge to contribute to the organization’s strategic plan.
- Initiate process improvements enabled and supported by technology, understanding the interconnection of technology and process functionality.
- Apply systems thinking to accelerate performance, anticipating future events and understanding inter-relationships of all positions and activities.
- Achieve desired outcomes on projects on time and within budget, defining, designing, planning, and managing the project team.
- Control and deliver project deliverables, accounting, and appraisal, optimizing contributions of involved personnel.
- Minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temporary manager, large‑scale cross‑functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of Boeing’s internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
- 5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in supply chain management.
- Experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management.

Pay & Benefits
:
Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, with a total rewards package that includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Pay range: $126,650 – $140,060, based on candidate experience and qualifications.
