Supply Chain Change Management Senior Manager

In this role, you will lead the SCCM organization with a team‑first, people‑focused leadership style, transforming customer introduction supply chain lead times across BCA through flow reduction. You will represent Supply Chain on BCA program change boards, drive effective execution of all change types including PRRs, MCs, and RRs, and ensure safety and quality remain foundational values throughout every process.
Responsibilities- Lead and oversee SCCM teams with accountability, alignment, and strong people leadership.
- Represent Supply Chain on BCA program change boards and guide all change activity across programs.
- Manage processing of PRRs, MCs, RRs, and other change types with speed, accuracy, and compliance.
- Drive transformation of customer intro supply chain lead times across BCA through flow reduction and process improvement.
- Coordinate supplier quoting and ensure supplier quotes are effectively integrated back into Supply Chain.
- Build strong cross‑functional partnerships to support timely, efficient, and high‑quality change execution.
- Champion a team‑first culture while reinforcing safety and quality as core foundational values.
- 5+ years of experience performing in a supplier management, procurement, strategy, program management, business operations, and/or change management role.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives.
- Experience with development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, processes, and KPIs to track progress to and enable attainment of business goals.
- Experience as a lead, a supervisor, or a manager.
- Experience using project management, LEAN, or Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
Compensation: $156,400 – $173,000.
Position is 100% onsite and requires working in Everett, Washington.
