Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an opportunity North of Seattle. This role is ideal for a construction professional with 6 to 10 years of project management experience across residential, commercial, or multi-family construction projects. The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction planning through final closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closeout.
- Lead project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, change orders, documentation, and overall project performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing scope changes or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field leadership, architects, engineers, and external stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
- Salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 per year.
