Program Manager (RN) – Structural Heart Program
The Program Manager is responsible for creating, operationalizing, and managing the Structural Heart program at Providence Regional Medical Center, covering all phases of the patient care pathway and navigation experience. The role focuses on optimizing patient, staff, and physician satisfaction, increasing patient volumes with a positive payer mix, and establishing benchmark quality of care within PRMCE. The Manager collaborates with functional managers and leads operational initiatives such as payer contracting, equipment and supply management, vendor relations, staff coordination, and the full patient experience—including education, scheduling, day‑of‑surgery, and post‑surgery care up to 30 days post‑procedure or after discharge.
Additionally, the role develops same‑day discharge pathways, digital innovations such as post‑surgery telehealth visits, and market share growth.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Driving may be necessary; must provide driver license and auto insurance proof.
- Operational experience in both outpatient and inpatient Structural Heart Program patient care, preferably interventional Heart.
- Experience in conflict resolution.
- History of working independently, with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with physician practice operations.
- History of working as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Experience as a leader of a project team.
- Experience in a team leadership role.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
