What You'll Be Doing:You’ll work directly with branch and regional leadership to help operate, grow, and strengthen the Everett office.
Operations & Branch Support:- Help manage daily branch operations including dispatch, staffing, client support, and workforce management
- Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and responsive
- Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day branch challenges
- Step into leadership responsibilities when needed
- Support branch sales initiatives and customer growth efforts
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients
- Participate in client visits, networking opportunities, and business development activities
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
- Learn the fundamentals of sales, account management, and branch growth
- Support and coach team members
- Help maintain accountability and performance expectations
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
- Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and service excellence
- Recruit, onboard, and place employees into job opportunities
- Help ensure workers are prepared, reliable, and successful on assignment
- Support recruiting events, community outreach, and workforce development efforts
