At Hire Quest Northwest, we don't just fill jobs, we create opportunities.

We're looking for a motivated, people-focused leader to join our Everett team as an Assistant Branch Manager. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with leadership, learn how to run a successful staffing branch, develop sales and operational skills, and build a career with a growing company.

If you're ambitious, enjoy solving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want a clear path to advancement, we want to meet you.

Why Join Hire Quest Northwest? Benefits & Perks:
  • Medical and Dental Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays
  • Leadership Development & Training
  • Internal Promotion Opportunities
  • Performance-Based Incentives
  • A clear career path to Branch Manager and beyond

At HQNW, we believe in promoting from within and investing in people who are ready to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll work directly with branch and regional leadership to help operate, grow, and strengthen the Everett office.

Operations & Branch Support:
  • Help manage daily branch operations including dispatch, staffing, client support, and workforce management
  • Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and responsive
  • Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day branch challenges
  • Step into leadership responsibilities when needed
Sales & Business Development:
  • Support branch sales initiatives and customer growth efforts
  • Build relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Participate in client visits, networking opportunities, and business development activities
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships
  • Learn the fundamentals of sales, account management, and branch growth
Leadership & Team Development:
  • Support and coach team members
  • Help maintain accountability and performance expectations
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture
  • Lead by example through professionalism, urgency, and service excellence
Recruiting & Workforce Management:
  • Recruit, onboard, and place employees into job opportunities
  • Help ensure workers are prepared, reliable, and successful on assignment
  • Support recruiting events, community outreach, and workforce development efforts
What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with leadership potential who is excited to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Ideal Qualities:
  • Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Desire to grow into a leadership role
Experience:

Experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, operations, customer service, or leadership is helpful—but mindset, drive, and coachability matter most.

What Makes This Role Different?
  • You’ll learn how to run a business, not just perform a job
  • You’ll gain hands‑on experience in sales, leadership, operations, and workforce management
  • You’ll work alongside experienced leaders who are invested in your success
  • You’ll have a clear path to advancement and increased responsibility
  • You’ll make a direct impact on people, businesses, and the community
Is This You?

You want more than just a paycheck.

You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

You're ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to start the conversation.
