What You Will DoThe Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Security) is primarily responsible for leading and managing Q-Systems—focused on security—for design, pre‑construction and construction activities across our portfolio. The Program Manager will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff, and must have strong written and oral communication skills suitable for regular communication at the executive level.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management at Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close‑out.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for communicating program updates to executives, and Excel for creating and maintaining site program and individual project budgets.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- MBA, Master’s in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable.
- Experience with delivery of mission‑critical data center facilities.
- Extensive experience managing MEP trades.
