Overview
Manage, evaluate, and drive overall supplier performance to meet established expectations by developing strong professional relationships across the supply base, with customers, and among enterprise stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide clear direction and guidance to suppliers; enforcing compliance with contractual and operational requirements
- Lead root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions with suppliers; oversee contested warranty claims and related resolution activities; oversee assertions
- Communicate timely, actionable performance-to-plan updates to leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and customers using clear, concise verbal and written communication
- 5+ years experience in supply chain processes
- 5+ years of experience in negotiations, proposals, or contract evaluations
- 5+ years of multi tasking
- Ability to travel domestically
