We are seeking a safety and quality minded Senior Leader to manage Staffing & Compliance for the 777 Team. The successful candidate will oversee employees and first‑level managers, develop integrated departmental plans, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage employees and first‑level managers to ensure adequate staffing for the 777/777X Production System.
• Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures; provide input on business and technical strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships and partnerships with Skill Teams, Industrial Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Motivate, coach, and develop employees and managers to deliver high‑quality work on time and within budget.
• Establish compliance controls, monitoring processes, and reporting mechanisms.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Own and drive improvement to PASA standards in coordination with cross‑functional teams.

• Ability to work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, and projects to meet business objectives and influence change.
• 5+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in Boeing Production Systems (BPS) and/or Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding, and mentoring teams.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams to execute safety, compliance, quality, and cost objectives.
• Familiarity with BCA compliance management systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Primarily 1st shift; additional shift requirements may be needed to support program objectives.

Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.

Pay range: $161,100 – $196,900.
