We are seeking a Facilities Strategic Planning Manager to join our Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization, leading a team of strategic planners located in Everett, Washington.
This role involves effective leadership, collaboration & relationship management with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning; collaboration and integration with our facilities teams to include analysts, project & property administrators, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and plant & equipment maintenance
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers
- Manages, leads, coaches, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- 3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
- 3+ years of experience developing & delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team
- 3+ years of experience with real estate project management
- 3+ years of experience in occupancy and space planning
- 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD or similar CAD programs
- Experience with planning project budgets and monitoring financial performance

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $127,500 – $172,500
