Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance operations and support organizational financial strategy. This role partners closely with the CFO and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and meaningful insights that drive decision-making across a multi-site healthcare organization.

• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Oversee accounting operations (AP/AR, GL, payroll, cash management)
• Support monthly close, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare regulations
• Partner with clinic and organizational leaders on financial performance
• Support audits, financial projects, and process improvements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• 6+ years of leadership experience
• Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• $87,746 – $129,279 annually (DOE)
