Provide direct management, coordination, and oversight of day-to-day site operations to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for clients, staff, and visitors.;
Supervise and direct frontline staff, including Shelter Monitors and other assigned personnel, ensuring adequate shift coverage, clear expectations, and consistent performance across all shifts.;
Develop and maintain daily staff schedules and respond to call-outs or coverage gaps to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operations.;
Provide orientation, training, and ongoing supervision to staff, volunteers, and interns to ensure adherence to program policies, procedures, and service expectations.;
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action in coordination with program leadership to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
