FBO Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced FBO Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a busy aviation facility in Everett, Washington
.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands FBO operations and enjoys leading from the front. The Operations Manager will oversee employees, ramp and line service activities, aircraft fueling, safety, customer service, scheduling, training, and overall operational performance.

• Lead, coach, and develop FBO operations and line service employees
• Manage daily ramp, aircraft handling, and fueling operations
• Oversee fuel quality control and fuel-farm procedures
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, accountability, and customer service
• Manage employee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance
• Ensure compliance with company, airport, FAA, OSHA, and other applicable safety requirements
• Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and control costs
• Respond to customer and operational issues and ensure they are resolved quickly
• Maintain a professional, safe, and service-focused FBO environment

• Previous FBO, airport operations, line service, or aviation ground operations experience
• Leadership experience managing and developing employees
• Strong understanding of aircraft fueling, ramp safety, and aircraft handling
• Comfortable working in a hands-on operational environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hold employees accountable while building a positive team culture
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to work with corporate and private aviation customers

Approximately $85,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
