Overview
The Inventory Associate performs all duties of an Inventory Clerk and Inventory Assistant and is additionally responsible for generating pick tickets for work orders within the ERP system. This role supports the repair of civil aviation articles in accordance with current technical data, including manufacturers’ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, applicable government and industry standards, and other data approved or accepted by the FAA.
Responsibilities- Issuing parts via ERP system (Pentagon).
- Creating Pick Tickets for various Work Orders in ERP system.
- Maintain Hazardous Chemical Log and SDS sheets.
- Receiving process via ERP system.
- Building kits when needed.
- Pulling parts dictated by pull sheets.
- Storing and maintaining orderly parts bins.
- Periodic inventory counts.
- Assisting with part outs upon request.
- Maintain work areas in a clean and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
