Job Overview

An Assembler is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Everett, WA area. This role involves performing mechanical and electro‑mechanical assembly, testing, and repairs in a production environment while following technical drawings, maintaining quality standards, and meeting physical requirements.

• Plan and perform mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly, tests, fabrications, and inspections.
• Work on various products in standard and non‑standard environments to maintain workflow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Follow bills of materials and other written technical instructions.
• Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, and measuring equipment.
• Utilize light machinery and equipment for production tasks.
• Manage and maintain product inventory at designated work stations.
• Perform quality work checks and identify product defects.
• Record all identified defects for quality control purposes.
• Rework or repair assembled equipment based on engineering specification changes.
• Adhere to all quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Lift materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Stand for up to 8 hours per day during the shift.

• Possess a high school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, provide 3 years of relevant experience if a diploma or GED is not held.
