Shift
1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with occasional support to later shifts
Job SummarySeeking an experienced Lean Practitioner to lead and coach process improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations at a major aerospace environment. This role focuses on implementing Lean principles, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the Boeing Production System (BPS) through hands‑on shop floor engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach implementation of Lean and continuous improvement practices in manufacturing areas
- Drive systematic problem‑solving and promote a CI culture
- Train and mentor teams on Lean tools and principles
- Support senior leadership in Daily Management systems
- Lead and manage process improvement projects
- Assist in developing and updating Lean training materials
- Conduct assessments, maturity evaluations, and strategy support
- Remove roadblocks and empower teams toward sustainable improvements
- Strong Lean Practitioner experience in manufacturing environments
- Proven problem-solving, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Presentation and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
