Assembly​/Packaging, Warehouse

BUiLT Design is currently accepting resumes for production assembly, packaging, driver, and warehouse labor. The ideal candidate is someone with a diverse skill set in a hands‑on production environment.

• Possess excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• Package and Crate finished products.
• Loading and Unloading of trucks and containers.
• Ability for follow best practices standards.
• Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Read spreadsheets and manage product counts/inventory.
• Read and understand Shop Detail Drawings.
• Take direction well and possess the ability to work independently.
• Stand on your feet for 8 hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid drivers license with good driving record.

• Identify and maintain quality control during assembly/packaging process.
• Provide feedback on materials and fabrication techniques to Project Managers.
• Track any as‑built conditions and report them to the appropriate Designer/Engineer/Project Manager.
• Clearly communicate any problems encountered on the project as soon as they are known.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized workspace.
• Contribute to shop organization and safety as required.

• Possess the ability to prioritize your day and change directions at a moment’s notice due to business needs.
• Communicate the status of the work and the schedule that will be required for completion to the shop team and Project Manager.
• Must be reliable and punctual.

• This is a full‑time position with a benefits package.
• Normal shop/warehouse hours are Monday – Friday, approximately 8‑6pm.
• Occasional overtime and/or weekend work will be required during busy seasons and months.
• Potential travel to assist with project installation.
