Aerospace Technical Training Specialist; Manufacturing Operations

Job Title: Employee Development Specialist 3

Pay: $46/hr. on W2

Duration: 12 Months Shift 1 (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST)

Seeking an experienced Employee Development Specialist to support learning delivery and facilitation within aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on instructor‑led training, coaching, and performance improvement across specialized aerospace skill areas while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Analyze learning requirements and define training objectives
• Deliver instructor‑led training and assess learning effectiveness
• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions
• Facilitate technical training in aerospace skill areas (Structural, Electrical, Quality, Systems, etc.)
• Customize and deliver training programs using multiple delivery methods
• Perform assessments and recommend process and performance improvements
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions
• Ensure all training complies with safety, regulatory, and organizational standards

• 3+ years of aerospace manufacturing or manufacturing support experience
• 3+ years of experience in coaching, instructing, or employee development
• Experience with leadership development courseware or curriculum design
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Aerospace Manufacturing or Lean certifications
• Hands‑on experience in Structural, Electrical, Repair, Systems, or Functional Test
• Background as a mechanic or technician in aerospace systems
