Quality Technician Intern

• Maintains production quality standards and documentation.
• Prepares and updates necessary records and monitors production quality performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participates in Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Performs various types of quality audits, inspections, and reporting.
• Participates in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control compliance.

• Current college student in a 2‑year or 4‑year program, preferably related to engineering or manufacturing.
• Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic knowledge of standard measuring equipment.
• Experience with spreadsheets and databases; ability to organize data efficiently and effectively into inspection reports.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly organized with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Experience working for one of the largest global electronics manufacturing service companies.
• Experience in interpretation of drawings and other manufacturing materials.
• Gain knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, ISO 80079‑34 (ATEX), and 21 CFR part 820 (FDA).
• Gain knowledge of electronic components and assemblies.
• Anticipated salary is $25 per hour.

This position works in an office environment with significant time spent on the manufacturing floor. The employee will be required to wear safety clothing and gear while working in safety‑sensitive areas.
