Perform marine painting on ship structures, components, and compartments to NAVSEA requirements.;
Prep surfaces using sanding, grinding, chipping, needle-gunning, masking, and cleaning.;
Assist with coating application including mixing, handling, and applying primers and preservation materials.;
Work in tanks, bilges, voids and other confined spaces following strict safety and watch stander procedures.;
Support material handling and movement of tools, equipment, and supplies across ship and pier areas.
