Role OverviewMechanical or Electro-Mechanical Assembler – Onsite, U.S. Citizen/Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Work in both standard and non-standard environments, ensuring high-quality output and safe operations.
Responsibilities- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
- Operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and organize inventory of products in workstations, ensuring all necessary materials are available and accounted for.
- Perform quality checks on work, identify product defects, and rework or repair assembled equipment per engineering specifications.
- Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards; maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for up to eight hours per day.
- Utilize hand and power tools with precision, troubleshoot issues, and apply problem‑solving skills to meet quality standards.
- High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong reading and interpretation skills for technical documents and drawings.
- Proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow engineering specifications.
