We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Planner to support purchasing, production planning, and scheduling activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with suppliers, operations, engineering, and customer-facing teams to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and on-time production execution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage purchasing, material planning, and production scheduling activities
- Maintain MRP/ERP systems, work orders, and supplier delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, and production requirements
- Partner cross-functionally to support operational efficiency and customer delivery goals
- Support forecasting, sourcing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Analyze production and purchasing data to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or materials planning
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- ERP/MRP system experience required (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday (Friday off)
