We are seeking experienced Aerospace Production Certification Assessors to support aerospace manufacturing training and evaluation operations within a high-performance industrial environment.
This role is responsible for administering hands-on and theoretical aerospace production evaluations, assessing technical skill competencies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with aerospace production standards.
Candidates should possess strong aerospace manufacturing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced production and training environments across multiple shifts and locations.
Key Responsibilities Aerospace Skills Assessment & Evaluation- Administer complex hands-on and theoretical aerospace production evaluations
- Evaluate candidate competencies across aerospace manufacturing disciplines
- Assess technical skills, production standards, and tool usage accuracy
- Maintain evaluation consistency and compliance standards
- Enter grades and attendance records with 100% accuracy
- Electrical systems
- Bond & ground applications
- Seal application
- Aircraft assembly
- Heavy and light structural drilling
- Fastener and rivet installation
- Production standards
- Power and hand tool operation
- Communicate updates, questions, and operational issues to management
- Maintain organized and professional work spaces within industrial environments
- Support multiple clients and evaluations simultaneously
- Stay current on aerospace manufacturing and compliance requirements
- Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism
- 1–3 years of:
- Aerospace training
- Leadership
- Management
- Aerospace manufacturing
or related experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems/software quickly
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to work:
- 1st shift
- 2nd shift
- 3rd shift
based on operational needs
- Must be flexible to travel/work throughout the Everett to Puyallup geographic area
- Candidates must meet U.S. Person status requirements
- Business casual attire required for both interviews and work assignments
- Prior aerospace badge information should be listed on resumes if applicable
- Approximately 32 hours per week depending on client demand
- Mileage reimbursement available for qualifying travel
