Salary: $28 - $37 per hour.

Job Details

This is a permanent, full‑time position requiring at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Hours:

1st shift 8am to 4:30pm. Days:
Monday‑Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect first article samples, first piece, in‑process, and final inspections to verify aerospace parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, electronic inspection equipment) and standard measuring tools.
  • Perform inspections using standard measuring tools, equipment, and technical documentation.
  • Complete first article inspections and maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
  • Identify and communicate non‑conforming materials or products to production teams.
  • Inspect incoming materials and components from suppliers for compliance with requirements.
  • Review production documentation for accuracy prior to release.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of conformance for outgoing shipments.
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure adherence to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles.
Job Requirements
  • CMM & Portable CMM/arm experience using Verisurf.
  • Mastercam experience.
  • Ability to read or interpret engineering drawings/print.
  • Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
  • Hands‑on experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or electronic inspection equipment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • High attention to detail, commitment to quality, and passion for precision.
