Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level
3) to join the Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) team in Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

* Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

* Analyzes and interprets data

* Provides feedback on assessment results

* Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

* Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

* Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* 1+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

* 1+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

* 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis

* 1+ years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* 1+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in a production system

* 1+ years of experience with Project Management

* 1+ years of experience working in a production environment

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range $102,600 - $125,400
