Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join the Electrical Systems Responsibility Center, 777X CI&R Team based out of Everett, Washington on 2nd shift
.
As a member of the Leadership team, you will continuously lead and develop Manufacturing Teams. A successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and coaching skills that will further enable our business unit to embrace and elevate a One BPS culture, driving a deep understanding of the One BPS principles, standards, production health and problem-solving model.

Position Responsibilities:
- Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors
- Leads by Promoting employee engagement and builds on organizational culture that fosters safety and quality performance, improves employee satisfaction and retains a skilled and motivated workforce
- Leads employees performing activities Incorporating Change into electrical assemblies and wire bundles
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports across shifts
- Understanding of electrical build processes
- Understanding of change implementation
Basic First-Line Leader Assessment: To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Environment
- 1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
- 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
- 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
