Product Test Technician

Akkodis is seeking a Product Test Technician for a Contract to hire with a client in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will perform functional testing, calibration, and component-level troubleshooting of electronic instruments to ensure product quality and certification readiness.

Rate Range: $34/hour to $37/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Test Technician Job Responsibilities include:

• Perform functional testing, calibration, inspection, and certification of electronic subassemblies and finished instruments.
• Troubleshoot and repair failed units to the component level based on test results and field issues.
• Execute testing using standard test equipment in accordance with documented procedures and specifications.
• Prepare, maintain, and update test documentation, reports, and certification records.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide input to improve test procedures and fixtures.
• Support and guide less experienced technicians while working independently on moderately complex tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2-4 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or product test technician roles.
• Proven ability to perform component-level troubleshooting, calibration, and functional testing using standard electronic test equipment.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to work independently and support less experienced technicians.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
