• Oversee the technical aspects of the Injection Molding Department, providing sustaining engineering support to daily manufacturing operations.
• Optimize existing molding processes and develop new programs for new products to increase production output, improve part quality, and drastically reduce waste and set‑up time.
• Lead pilot and test runs to validate mold and design changes, working closely with Quality to ensure all parts meet stringent drawing requirements.
• Host customers on-site for process qualification, recommend mold tooling improvements, and collaborate with Our Client's tool maintenance team on repairs.
• Train process technicians and press operators while championing and implementing injection molding best practices across Our Client's facilities.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in injection molding.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
