Pay: $53.00/Hour + $180 Daily Per Diem + One-Time Travel Bonus
Saxon is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for an exciting aerospace opportunity in Snohomish County, WA! Join a high-performing team manufacturing precision aerospace components in a cutting-edge environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, machining centers, and manual machines.
* Read and interpret aerospace blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Select tooling, fixtures, and machine settings to produce precision aerospace components.
* Monitor machine operations, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments as needed.
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
* Maintain setup documentation and ensure quality standards are met.
* Support ISO 9001/AS9100 compliance and production goals.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience.
* Strong blueprint reading and machine setup skills.
* Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspections.
* Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently.
* Available to train on first shift if required.
