Salary Range: $27.00 To $34.00 Hourly

• Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic RF drivers, along with other electronic and mechanical sub-assemblies, in a clean room and ESD controlled environment.
• Take responsibility for ensuring that all products shipped meet the highest quality standards.
• Pay exceptional attention to detail.
• Work with the production, quality and engineering teams to update and maintain work instructions and data collection/reporting documents.
• Use the ERP system to track jobs and production time.
• Improve tooling, setup, and equipment related to the electronic assembly process.
• Contribute your expertise to continuous improvement and product improvement initiatives.
• Assist other departments or teams when needed, demonstrating a collaborative and team-oriented mindset to help achieve the overall success of the company.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Good hands‑on skills for building, troubleshooting and repairing electronic assemblies.
• 5+ years’ experience in a hands‑on electronics assembly and/or testing role for a high‑tech manufacturer with primary duties including soldering of SMT and Through‑Hole technology, electronic and mechanical assembly, and verification testing.
• Experience with measurement/test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, function generators, multimeters, network analyzers, as well as hand tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meticulously follow defined processes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a routine basis with the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Strong organization skills and computer skills.
• Willingness to listen and learn from experienced technicians.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• An associate’s degree in electronics technology, engineering technology, or similar fields of study
• IPC and J‑STD soldering certifications.
• In‑depth knowledge of electronics manufacturing practices.
• An understanding of and previous experience with RF power supplies.
• Previous job experience with Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts
