In a team setting, you will assemble printed circuit boards, electronic components, subassemblies, or systems using a variety of materials, tools, and documentation.

• Read and perform assigned tasks in accordance with manufacturing process instructions (MPIs), production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions.
• Complete work within defined labor standards, production schedules, and corporate quality goals.
• Follow proper Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures and material handling guidelines at all times.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including power de‑paneling and lead trimming tools, pneumatic power tools, automated wash equipment, and soldering stations.
• Perform soldering of plated through‑hole (PTH) components as well as surface mount components (SMT) to achieve IPC A‑610 ClassII workmanship standards.
• Execute basic rework of PTH electronic assemblies to correct or modify according to instructions.
• Understand and apply performance metrics that contribute to overall corporate objectives.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; or 6months–1year of related experience and/or training.
• Component identification skills for both PTH and SMT components, including polarity.
• Familiarity with calibrated tools used for assembly, measurement, and verification (e.g., pneumatic power tools, torque drivers, calipers, pin or hole gauges).
• Proficiency in soldering tasks for PTH and basic installation or touch‑up of SMT components.
• Knowledge of rework techniques for PTH assemblies.
• Working knowledge of IPCA‑610 specifications.
• Ability to perform simple computer‑related tasks such as data entry, information lookup, and email communication.
• Good manual dexterity, vision, and the ability to stay seated for extended periods.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and comprehending English; ability to perform basic math functions and understand metric measurements and tolerances.
• Common sense and good judgment to follow detailed, moderately complex written or verbal instructions.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is $22.00 per hour. Full‑time employees are also eligible for benefits and performance‑based bonuses.
