Medical Device Assembler

Smart Talent Lynnwood has multiple openings at a large medical device manufacturing company based in Everett, WA. This facility is looking for people to join their production team to refurbish and sanitize non-critical and semi-critical medical equipment. These are long-term temp-to-hire opportunities for individuals seeking long-term positions with a fast-growing company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year tenure with previous employers, a high school diploma, and may have assembly experience – not required but a plus.

Everett, WA

Pay: $18 - $19.80 DOE

Schedule:

First

Shift: Monday
- Thursday 5am - 330pm

Second

Shift: Monday
- Thursday 4pm - 230am

• Ensure you are labeling and packing all items correctly and efficiently
• Read and understand all sanitation and safety guidelines placed to ensure effectiveness and productivity
• Ensure quality of equipment is up to standard before being packaged and sent for delivery
• Communicate with team and supervisors with any questions or concerns
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

• Have at least 1 year of previous work experience – does not need to be related to position
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Be able to lift 25 lbs with no accommodations
• Pass pre-employment screenings
