Manufacturing Superintendent – Boeing, Everett, WA
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton (in the initial stages) and then in Everett.
Position Responsibilities- Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors.
- Leads, develops and motivates employees, first‑level, second level and senior managers.
- Manages employees, first‑level, second level and senior managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- 10+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position.
- 5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime.
- 10+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position.
- 5+ years of experience in using Lean principles.
- 5+ years of experience coaching, guiding and mentoring teams.
- 5+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality, and cost.
- 5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $174,600 - $213,400
