Join a growing custom sign manufacturing company that creates signage, graphics, and displays for businesses throughout the region. In this role, you'll be an important part of the production team, helping manufacture signs from start to finish using specialized equipment while ensuring every order meets the highest quality standards.
Production Associate Job Duties:
- Operate sign production equipment, including printers, cutters, laminators, and plotters.
- Read work orders and manufacture signs to customer specifications.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Complete finishing work, including laminating, mounting, and vinyl application.
- Maintain a safe and organized production area.

Schedule: Full-time with overtime and occasional weekend work available based on production needs.
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Overnight Shift: Monday – Thursday 3:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
- Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Pay:
- 1st Shift $22.00 / hour
- Overnight and Weekend Shift: $22.00 / hour plus a $2.00 shift differential
Production Associate Qualifications:
- 6 months of production or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to follow written instructions
- Willing to work overtime
