You'll join a team that values hands-on experience, continuous improvement, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
** Candidates must be able to work Sunday through Thursday, 11:45pm to 7:15am*
* Pay rate - $22.00/hour
*
* Key Responsibilities:
*
* + Loading raw materials into machines
+ Operating machinery to produce high-quality parts
+ Monitoring production processes and reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor
+ Moving materials as needed throughout the production area
+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area
+ Following safety protocols and company guidelines
+ Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

* Qualifications:
*
* + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
+ Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for repetitive tasks
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
+ Comfortable standing for extended periods on a concrete floor
+ Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
+ Experience using power tools preferred
+ Must be comfortable working in a loud, fast-paced production setting
+ Must successfully pass a client-specific background check

** Pay Details:** $22.00 to $22.50 per hour
