Shift: Monday-Thursday, 05:00 AM - 03:30 PM

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 03:30 PM - 02:00 AM

** Pay Rate:
** Starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour, with available overtime for additional earnings

** Temp-to-hire opportunity, with potential for permanent placement

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment

+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate assembly

+ Perform detailed inspections and testing to verify product quality

+ Maintain precise labeling and packaging of finished goods

+ Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or GED required

+ At least 6 months of relevant work experience in manufacturing or assembly

+ Ability to read, speak, and write in English for safety and training purposes

+ Basic computer skills

+ Skilled in reading blueprints and diagrams

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Able to stand for up to 10 hours, walk around the warehouse, and lift up to 50 lbs.

** Pay Details:**  $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
