General Laborer/Assembler– 1st Shift Weekends
A successful candidate is someone who can efficiently and accurately assemble components and materials, in accordance with plans and specifications, as directed by others. The candidate must be able to understand written and verbal instructions while following drawings and work instructions. While the individual will work with metal cladding, insulation, and steel components; a successful candidate will have experience in carpentry or roofing, material handling, mechanical assembly, and maintain a safe work environment through organization and housekeeping.
• Assembling of structural metal building panels in a manufacturing setting
• Operation of hand and power tools
• Accurate use of measuring devices including squares and tape measures
• Participation in safe material handling and suspended load movements
• Ability to follow instructions and execute assigned duties
• Complete tasks within set time frames to ensure goals are met
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This role is based in an industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment that includes both indoor shop areas and outdoor work in the elements. You will regularly be exposed to typical shop conditions such as noise, dust, fumes, and odors while working around production equipment and material handling machinery. The position involves significant physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 70 pounds and maintaining full mobility to reach, bend, and move throughout the facility.
The schedule follows a weekend 1st shift, working from approximately 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Friday through Sunday. The environment emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficiency, with a focus on supporting smooth manufacturing and shipping operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
