Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate bindery equipment safely and efficiently according to written work instructions;
Use hand tools and production equipment, applying mechanical aptitude to perform basic adjustments and routine tasks;
Perform general production and labor tasks such as counting, stacking, sorting, and organizing printed materials;
Follow detailed written work instructions and production specifications to maintain quality and consistency;
Monitor production processes, identify basic issues, and communicate any concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Stand on your feet for the entire shift while performing repetitive production tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed to move materials and assist with equipment operation;
Adapt to daily shift confirmations and schedule changes based on business needs;
Support a clean and orderly work area and follow all safety guidelines within the production printing environment
