Kettle Cuisine is seeking a lead on the production floor to maintain department efficiencies and maximize output. You will work with the supervisor and support all team members and equipment needs during your shift, spending 85% of your time on the floor to guide line operators.
Line leaders focus on improving productivity and quality while reducing waste. You will train new operators and ensure adherence to company standards across the line.
