Structural Analysis Engineer

Innova is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer to support the design and reliability of complex software and cloud-based communication platforms. In this role, you will analyze system architectures, service dependencies, and performance behaviors to identify structural weaknesses and optimization opportunities. You will build models, run simulations, and perform failure-mode and reliability analysis to ensure scalable, resilient solutions. Working with software, product, and Dev Ops teams, you'll translate analytical findings into design improvements, technical standards, and best practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectures and service dependencies of communication and CX platforms for structural robustness and scalability
• Develop and run analytical models and simulations to evaluate performance, reliability, and failure modes
• Perform capacity, load, and stress analysis to validate system behavior under peak and degraded conditions
• Identify structural bottlenecks and propose design changes, patterns, or standards to improve resiliency and efficiency
• Collaborate with software, product, and Dev
• Ops teams to translate analysis into implementation plans
• Create technical documentation, models, and reports that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Contribute to reliability engineering and observability practices, leveraging logs, metrics, and tracing for insights
• Support root-cause analysis of major incidents and drive structural remediation and long-term fixes
