We are hiring Associate Methods Process Analysts across multiple Washington State locations to support aerospace manufacturing, industrial engineering, production stabilization, and Lean process improvement. This role supports production scheduling, capacity planning, resource utilization, root cause analysis, supply chain and logistics coordination, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and production flow.
Methods Process Analysts will work directly with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and production support organizations to analyze production performance, identify constraints and process improvements, and develop recovery plans that maintain production schedules and major milestones.
Responsibilities:- Analyze production performance against daily schedules, work orders, and production plans.
- Learn and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure proper sequencing, resource alignment, and production flow.
- Identify and recommend process improvements that reduce non-value-added work and improve safety, quality, cost, and flow.
- Analyze quality defect trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to reduce or eliminate defects.
- Identify opportunities to reduce or eliminate safety and ergonomic risks within production operations.
- Support production stabilization initiatives using capacity planning, resource utilization, constraint analysis, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Develop disruption recovery plans to restore baseline production schedules while minimizing downstream impacts and protecting major milestones.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, logistics, and other production-support organizations to resolve production constraints.
- Develop visual management tools, performance metrics, and reporting methods to identify production trends and areas for improvement.
- Support production planning for future rate changes and the introduction of new models or customers into manufacturing build plans.
- Develop, implement, and improve standardized production processes and Business Administration methodologies applicable to manufacturing operations.
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in a business-related curriculum such as Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate-level candidates typically require a Bachelor’s degree and related work experience, a Master’s degree with related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to support production analysis, organizational planning, and cross-functional manufacturing activities.
- Must successfully complete required on-the-job or formal classroom training.
- Must be able to crouch, walk, remain semi-mobile, and climb stairs while performing duties throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite at Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, or Puyallup/Fredrick son, Washington.
- 1+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production environment.
- 1+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.
- 1+ years of experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with capacity planning, resource utilization, production planning, supply chain planning, and logistics.
- Experience developing and deploying standardized processes.
- Proficiency with structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Experience developing visual management tools, performance metrics, or production performance reporting.
- Experience collaborating across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and production-support organizations.
