Key Responsibilities:

+ Efficiently set up and operate various manufacturing machinery while maintaining safety standards.

+ Load raw materials and ensure they feed correctly into production lines.

+ Monitor production processes to uphold quality standards.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to ensure accuracy.

+ Use hand and power tools for equipment setup and ongoing maintenance.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

+ Inspect parts and products, making precise adjustments as needed to meet quality expectations.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED.

+ Minimum of 6 months of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience.

+ Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently for safety and training.

+ Basic computer literacy.

+ Experience reading blueprints and diagrams.

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools.

+ Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and walk continuously throughout the warehouse.

+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
