We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives on solving complex challenges, leading cross-functional initiatives, and transforming great ideas into measurable results.

Requirements What You'll DoAs our Project Manager, you'll partner with leadership and teams across the organization to design, implement, and improve business processes that support Royell's strategic goals.
You'll:- Lead projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop clear, actionable project plans and timelines.
- Facilitate brainstorming, process mapping, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with employees, customers, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Translate complex ideas into practical solutions that drive results.
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to leadership.
- A strong communicator who can inspire action and build alignment.
- An organized planner who enjoys turning ideas into reality.
- A collaborative leader who enjoys working across departments.
- A continuous improvement champion with a passion for Lean principles and operational excellence.
Required
- 5+ years of manufacturing-related experience as a Project Manager or Department Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat, and related business software.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Blueprint reading experience.
