Production Worker - Rotating

Location: Everett, WA
Schedule: Rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
3 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off (rotates every 8 weeks)
Pay: $21/hour to start, with pay bumps after training

About the Role
This full-time position is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and looking for a company where they can grow. Candidates must have excellent attendance and be able to work a rotating schedule. Candidates must have steel-toed shoes before starting and submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Key Responsibilities

• Palletize products using overhead lifting techniques
• Keep machines stocked with materials for continuous production
• Clean molds and tools used in production
• Learn machine operation and perform basic maintenance

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Comfortable using basic computer systems
• Ability to stand throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and pull up to 50 lbs. consistently
• Must be able to fully extend arms overhead to stack and organize products
• Ability to work a rotating schedule
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
