Summary
D evelops and supports manufacturing processes, tooling, and production methods to improve product quality, cost, efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Research, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, assembly methods, and equipment.
- Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and recommend appropriate design or process changes.
- Design tooling and develop manufacturing standards to support production requirements.
- Analyze products and processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate manufacturing and quality activities to improve product reliability and production performance.
- Represent Manufacturing Engineering on cross-functional and Design Build Teams.
- Support manufacturing documentation, engineering changes, and other departmental requirements.
- Serve as a Manufacturing Engineering MRB signatory.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Research, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, production flow, assembly methods, and equipment.
- Review engineering drawings for manufacturability and recommend appropriate design or process changes.
- Design tooling and develop manufacturing standards to support production requirements.
- Analyze products and processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production and quality issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate manufacturing and quality activities to improve product reliability and production performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, engineering drawings, and production methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, safety requirements, and manufacturing documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across functional teams.
- Strong commitment to quality, customer requirements, and meeting project commitments.
- Successful completion of required pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
Frequently requires standing, walking, sitting, talking, and hearing, with close and color vision required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in office and manufacturing environments where noise levels vary and hearing and eye protection may be required.
