Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Supervisor for a growing manufacturing company in Everett, WA

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the production floor supporting employees, coordinating workflow, solving problems, and ensuring daily production goals are achieved.
This role starts by overseeing a small crew that will grow in the coming months / years. Starting pay is $25 - $32 per hour, depending on experience. Grow with the company as it prepares for expansion.
Manufacturing Production Supervisor Responsibilities- Supervise and support daily manufacturing and packaging operations
- Lead production associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Work directly on the production floor alongside team members as needed
- Assist with packaging, labeling, assembly, palletizing, and production activities
- Monitor production schedules and workflow to ensure customer deadlines are met
- Train, coach, and develop production employees
- Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate production priorities
- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure product specifications are met
- Enforce workplace safety policies and OSHA-compliant practices
- Coordinate staffing, labor allocation, and job assignments throughout the shift
- Complete production reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Partner with warehouse, maintenance, and quality departments to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or warehouse operations
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Team Lead, or Production Lead preferred (be prepared to provide references)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
- Experience managing production schedules and meeting performance goals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements
- Proficiency with production reporting and documentation
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
